Norbar TWA1000 Torque Wrench Analyser. This model supports both normal torque wrenches and impact / pulse tools (wheel guns, impact drivers, etc). It also has a rs232 / serial connection at the back to output to a computer if required. I also have a pdf manual which I can send to you which explains all the functions and how to use them. It seems to show 270nm at the moment when no torque is applied which the online forums seem to suggest its a capacitor.

I'm not sure on exactly how these works, but it mentioned something about the electrical load increasing / reducing as torque is applied. Hence, if the capacitors aren't functioning correctly, then it figures that it may show an incorrect figure. Hopefully an easy fix to someone who is good with electronics not me!
